Holy Trinity Catholic School has partnered with ECI Management Group to enhance our students’ dining experience by providing wholesome and nutritious hot meals. Each family will receive a welcome email from ECI with a PIN (Personal Identifiable Number). With that pin number, the parent is able to set up an account for each child.

ECI has worked hard to make signing up for our dining program easy and as simple as possible. Meals and beverages may be purchased by opening a declining balance account. Once your account has been opened you will be able to add funds and monitor purchases. ECI also accepts cash at point of purchase.

ECI provides three ways to open a declining balance account:

  1. Go to DiningPay.com and use the ECI PIN provided to create an account for each child. This will allow parents to add funds and monitor daily purchases.
  2. Drop off a check made out to ECI at the school reception desk.
  3. Parents can pay with a credit card in the lunchroom at the register.

A prepaid account can be set up as early as July 30 and the parent can begin making incremental deposits into the account immediately to meet ECI’s recommended beginning balance of $300/ student by November 1st. When the account is low, parents will be advised via email to deposit additional funds. Funds remaining in the account at the end of the school year will be rolled over to the next school year. Unused funds over and above the ignition $300 are refundable upon request by the parent.
