We are so grateful to the many people who helped to make our 2025 Black Tie Gala a phenomenal success! We are excited to share the official fundraising results soon. In the meantime, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to all our Gala Sponsors, Donors, Committee Members and Volunteers, Faculty and Staff, and Attendees who helped us break records as we celebrated 30 years! Your generosity is what makes our school so special!!
We have a few items still available in our Post Event Auction, including Mustard Seed Jewelry and Tickets to our Painting Party with Mr. K! Be sure to bid or donate before it closes on Wednesday, April 30 at 10pm CT.

Hotel Accomodations
One of the perks of this location is that there is a hotel attached to the conference center. A limited number of rooms will be available at a discounted room rate of $119 plus applicable taxes for our guests for the night of Saturday, April 26, 2025. This rate includes hot continental breakfast. Vouchers will be given at check-in.

Reservations can be made at the link above or guests can call the hotel directly at 817-281-5800, give their stay dates, and ask for the “Holy Trinity Catholic Schools“ block to receive the group rate. You can also use code 91E in the Hilton app to receive the discounted rate.
Rooms will be held until April 5, 2025. After this date, remaining rooms in block will be released and the group rate and room types will no longer be guaranteed. Guests can cancel their reservation 48 hours prior to day of arrival. After this time, one night’s room and tax may be applicable.

Teacher Treasures
Now is your chance to create special memories for your child with Teacher Treasures. Whether they helping out as Teacher or Principal For a Day, enjoying an After School Tie-Die Party, or taking on Mrs. Ullman & Coach Douglass in a Pickleball Tournament, your child will love the chance to spend that extra time with our wonderful teachers!

Silent Auction
We will have many wonderful silent auction items available this year. The silent auction will open on Friday, April 25th and will close on April 26th at 10 p.m.
Categories include: HTCS Corner, Parish Corner, Beauty & Wellness, Entertainment & Recreation, Travel, Photography, Home Goods/Services/Electronics, Food & Beverage, and Sports.
Items can be claimed at the end of the evening to take home with you. For those not attending the Gala, items will be returned to the school and we will make arrangements for them to be picked up at the school in the week following the Gala.Bidding Site
