We are honored to carry on the Catholic tradition, with Mass being at the center of the school experience. We celebrate Mass together as a school community every Wednesday, and students are actively involved in the readings, special intentions and presentation of the gifts. They also lead as altar servers and singers. Our Holy Trinity parents and family members are always invited to join us for this celebration.
The Holy Trinity Partners in Prayer Rosary Group gathers in the chapel every Wednesday before Mass to pray for the needs of our school, students, teachers, families, friends and administration. Everyone is welcome, including grandparents, friends, relatives, and young children. Additionally, the first Friday of each month, we offer a Family Rosary in the Chapel. Parents and children can attend this Family Rosary together. The Family Rosary is led by our students in the 5th-8th grades. Throughout the year, we also occasionally celebrate an Live Rosary as an entire school.
Once a quarter students are given an opportunity to come to the chapel for reconciliation.
Once a month students are given a chance to come into the Chapel to be with Jesus for Eucharistic Adoration. During Eucharistic Adoration, we "watch and wait," remaining "silent" in His Presence and open ourselves to His Grace which flow from the the Eucharist. By worshiping the Eucharistic Jesus, we become what God wants us to be! The Eucharist is Jesus truly present - Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity!
The curriculum at Holy Trinity Catholic School includes daily religion class for all students PK - 8th grade. The sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion are typically received in 2nd grade. If your child is planning to make these sacraments, your family are the required Sacramental Preparation classes at your parish. Parents must contact their parish directly to sign up for those classes.
Once your child has received his/her First Holy Communion, please let us know so they can participate fully in our weekly school Mass on Wednesday mornings. At the end of the school year, we will honor our second graders with a Mass dedicated to them in recognition of their First Holy Communion.
